Discover

Problem Framing & Research

The company was evolving — from a consulting-first identity into a broader solutions company with a growing product line, including compliance platforms and a suite of agentic AI tools. The name change from Acespire Consulting to Acespire Solutions reflected that shift, but the brand needed to carry it without losing the credibility already built. Discovery focused on identifying which elements of the existing identity were core equity worth preserving, and which needed to evolve to represent a company that now builds products, not just delivers services.

Define

Strategy & Roadmap

The strategic direction was evolution over reinvention: keep the core visual and tonal DNA intact — the parts that made Acespire recognizable and trustworthy — while updating the identity system to feel native to a digital-first, product-driven company. I prioritized the identity system and brand guidelines first, since every other surface (the website, and eventually the product suite) would need to be built on top of a settled foundation rather than shifting mid-build.

Design

UX & System Design

Designed the updated visual identity system — logo refinement, color, typography, and brand voice — deliberately holding onto the core theme rather than starting from a blank page, so the rebrand reads as growth to anyone who knew the company before. Designed the new website's information architecture and UI to represent the fuller picture of what Acespire Solutions now is: a company spanning compliance tech (Provinyx, Chainshields) and agentic AI (HireOn AI, NexLead, DigiMark, ProjectPilot AI), not just a consulting practice.

004

Deliver

Sprint Execution & Launch

Delivered a complete brand guidelines package alongside the new website, giving the company a consistent system to apply across every future surface — not just a one-time visual refresh. Managed the rollout as its own project with its own timeline, running in parallel with ongoing product design and delivery work, so the rebrand launched cleanly without disrupting the product roadmap it now represents.

004

Deliver

Sprint Execution & Launch

Ran sprint-based delivery in close coordination with engineering, translating design decisions into shippable increments aligned to compliance timelines. Managed scope trade-offs as regulatory guidance shifted mid-build, keeping the roadmap realistic without losing the deadline-driven urgency the product existed to solve.

01

Product Strategy

Roadmap & Prioritization

Translating ambiguous business problems into clear product direction. I map trade-offs, define priorities, and align roadmaps to both user needs and delivery timelines turning uncertainty into a structured path forward.

02

UX & Interface Design

Systems Thinking

Designing interfaces that hold up beyond a single screen. I build design systems and interaction patterns that stay consistent across products, making complex workflows feel simple for the people using them.

03

Delivery & Leadership

Sprint Execution

Running the process that turns design into a shipped product. I own sprint planning, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional delivery — the connective tissue between an idea and a live release.
